Penguin Mechanical was recommended by our insurance agent when our central air died. We received professional and friendly service. They quoted very competitive pricing and always maintained good communication through the whole process of replacing our 29 year old AC, furnace, and 12 year old hot water heater. Everyone from Penguin from the service rep Allen, the office administrator on the phone, the installation men Wes and Jose (they worked nonstop through 93 degree heat and left the place cleaner then they found it), to Mr. Penguin (Jeff), were honest, kind, and knowledgeable about the process and the products. The expertise in knowing what was best for our household and explaining it to me so I understood all aspects was reassuring. I will always recommend and use Penguin for my yearly maintenance and all things heating and cooling.

Penguin Mechanical installed a whole new AC unit for us last week, when our old obsolete unit went down. I called them and they were here within an hour.
